4 roma tomatoes
1 or 2 jalapenos
1/4 of a medium onion
a bunch of cilantro ( to your taste)
3 medium cloves of garlic
salt to taste
1/2 of one large avocado
Boil the tomatoes and jalapeno in 1 1/2 cup of water, until tomatoes skin peels off, about 10 minutes.
Throw away most of the water, just keeping about 1/2 cup, put tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, cloves of garlic in the blender, blend on high for 5 seconds.(If you blend this too much it will be too liquid) stop the blender and now, add the cilantro, avocado and salt to taste, blend for another 7 seconds.
My son Allen loves to eat this with red QUE PASA ORGANIC chips.
