1/4 cup water chestnuts, chopped
1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/4 cup vegan cream vegan cheese
1 cup vegan sour cream
2 teaspoon vegan parmesan vegan cheese
1 can spinach
1 medium artichoke heart
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 medium clove of garlic
dash dill weed
Blend mayo, cream vegan cheese, sour cream, parmesan vegan cheese, artichoke heart, onion powder, garlic, pepper and dill weed together. Add spinach and water chestnuts to sauce and mix.
Vegan Parmesan:Mix together 2 cups nutritional yeast to 1 cup raw almonds, chopped finely. Add salt.
Serve the dip with bread and enjoy :)
