1 teaspoon curry
1/2 red chili, finely chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon
Cut apples into boats, dice onion, finely.
Burn the curry in a deep frying pan, add chili, onion and salt. Saute well. Add apples and heat thoroughly. Pour into a blender with lemon juice and blend until you've got a chunky dressing.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
