2 cans black beans, drained
2 cloves garlic
1/2 medium onion
1 bunch fresh dill (i.e. a lot)
I had this at a party a few weeks ago and decided to recreate it tonight. Very very very easy. Delicious too.
Put garlic and onion in food processor and chop finely. Add dill and process until chopped fine. Add beans and process until smooth.
Serve with pita chips or fat-free tortilla chips.
