1 pie crust (howe'ver you like to make it)
1 can organic stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup or so textured soy protein
1 tablespoon oil of choice
1/2 med. onion
1 clove garlic
cheddar cheese product of choice, shredded
On medium heat and in a big frying pan, put the oil, onion, and garlic. When the garlic is soft, smash it with a fork.
Put in the veggies (carrots, potatoes, etc.) and cook until tender.
Preheat oven to 450.
Hydrate your textured soy protein and add to pan. Add the can of stewed tomatoes. Stir until thoroughly heated.
Fill pie she'll with mixture (might need two pies if you use a lot of veggies), and place in oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
After thirty minutes, take out pie and put the shredded cheese on it and replace to bake for ten more minutes or until cheese is melted thoroughly.
