15 1/2 ounce can of Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
2 teaspoon Braggs seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
1/4 small fresh of white or red onion (depending on taste)
1/3 cup Vegenaise
Add all ingredients except Vegenaise in food processor. Mix until beans are roughly chopped, just a little pasty.
Mix Vegenaise into beans by hand. You could add more or less, depending on taste.
This concoction tastes great as a sandwich spread, in a pita or on crackers. It tastes really good with tomato. Also, adding a little celery is an option.
To make it like chicken salad, poultry seasoning does the trick.
