1 Brazilian papaya (the little guy) OR 1/4 Caribbean papaya (the big guy), seeded and peeled
1 ripe banana
2 dates, pitted and chopped
1 cup frozen blueberries
Throw it all in a blender and blend away until smooth.
I usually end up helping it along by sticking the rubber spatula in the blender...be careful though, you might end up with chunks of rubber.
Also, for an even thicker smoothie, chop the banana and throw it in the freezer for a while, then blend; it becomes almost like sorbet!
