1 package spinach ramen noodles
1 cup fresh or frozen green peas
1 cup water
1 teaspoon muchi curry powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili peppers
1/4 cup peanuts
a side of your favorite hot, fruited chutney (optional)
In a medium saucepan, boil a cup of water. Add the package of spinach ramen noodles without the spice packet. Cook about 2-3 minutes in the boiling water, until the noodles spread apart. Reduce heat to medium setting. Add the peas and curry powder and cook mixture another five minutes. With a slotted spoon, strain the water from the mixture and top it off with crushed red peppers and peanuts. Good with your favorite chutney on the side.
