2 Red Apples
2 Green Apples
1 Bunch Celery
1/2 Cup raisins
1/2 Onion (chopped fine)
1/2 Lemon (Juice)
1 dsp Sugar
1 Cup Toasted Almonds (chopped into bits)
2 tablespoon Nayonnaise or Mayonnaise
Put lemon juice and vegan sugar into bowl. Peel and core apples, cut into 1 cm bits, add to bowl. Cut celery into 1 cm bits, add to bowl. Add raisins and chopped onion. Mix with dressing and season with pepper to taste. Chill until time to serve, add toasted almond bits and mix well.
Family and friends love this version. Great for parties, etc.
