1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
handful of button mushrooms
1 large tomato
2 stalks celery
1/2 can black olives
Italian salad dressing (I use fat free)
Chop vegetables into bite-size pieces; add olives. Stir all together with a little salad dressing. Tastes best chilled.
Note: All ingredients are to taste and for color. Add or subtract as you wish; I've found it always tastes good!
