1 cup cook black beans
1 cup cooked great northern beans
1 cup fresh salsa (chunky style works best)
6 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
3 to 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar, to taste
1. In a large bowl, combine black beans and great northern beans.
2. Mix in salsa, green onions, cilantro, and vinegar.
3. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving (best chilled overnight).
