3 sweet corn kernels
1 cup tofu
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 capsicum finely chopped
black pepper powder
very healthy salad that looks attractive and is easy to make.
1) Remove sweet corn from kernels.
2) Boil the sweet corn.
3) In a bowl, add all the ingredients to toss a wonderful salad.
4) Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve chilled
Time Saving Tip: Boil sweet corn beforehand and keep all ingredients in fridge. Toss the salad and serve immediately. The white, yellow and green color salad looks tempting and is high on nutrition value
