1 apple, sliced (I like green)
1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon peanut butter (I like crunchy)
1. Place apple in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Sprinkle with brown vegan sugar, cinnamon, and add peanut butter.
3. Put in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and enjoy!
