1/2 cup textured soy protein
2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt / seasoning substitute
some celery salt
2 tablespoon organic salsa
1 teaspoon taco sauce and hot sauce
1/2 cup mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions
bell peppers are good too! (optional)
a dash of parsley
Start boiling 1 Cup of water. Combine all the spices and add to water when boiling.
Then add the textured soy protein, salsa, taco sauce, hot sauce and vegetables.
Cook on medium heat for 10-15 mins or until textured soy protein is tender.
My measurements are guestimations as I go by taste, you can tweak it to your liking! A good winter warmer =) Even my omni mom like it.
