16 pieces asparagus
16 ounce package fresh soba noodles (I use yaki)
3/4 cup water
soy sauce, to taste (I recommend about 2/3 tablespoon)
1 head bok choy, chopped
1. Lightly boil the asparagus. When it's done boiling, drain and let sit while you start to cook soba in a frying pan.
2. Fry fresh soba until golden. Then pour the water, soy sauce, and bok choy in, and cover.
3. Let that simmer, giving it a good stir once in awhile to check, until the water is gone. Chop up the asparagus and place everything in a bowl.
