1-2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
olive oil, as needed
2-3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
salt, to taste
1. Preheat broiler. Place asparagus in casserole dish and drizzle with olive oil.
2. Using your hands, coat asparagus evenly with oil and place garlic slices randomly between asparagus pieces (the more garlic, the better! Minced garlic works fine also).
3. Sprinkle lightly with salt and broil in oven for 10-15 minutes or until slightly browned and crispy.
