3/4 cup blueberries
3/4 cup strawberries (diced)
1/4 cup raspberries
1/2-1 tablespoon vitamin cup crystals
1-2 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
I usually grind up the flaxseeds in a coffee-grinder (just make sure to remove all the coffee grounds!). Just throw in all the ingredients and blend until nice and smooth. For a yummy variation, use soy-yogurt instead of soy milk; or throw in other fruits and juices! This is a very versatile recipe. You can add nuts (I prefer walnuts) even dried fruit if you like some chunk! Drink it down (or lessen the liquid and scoop it with a spoon!) Add some granola or anything really. Its a great breakfast! (or dessert)!
