2 cups unbleached flour
1/2 cup oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup nondairy milk (I use Silk soy)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
2. Mix bananas, syrup and milk in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix together.
3. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon out cookie dough, using a tablespoon, onto 2 cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Enjoy!
Total calories: 1800 calories give or take, around 60 calories a cookie.
