1/2 cup cashew cream or raw almond milk
1 banana
1 date, chopped
1 tablespoon raw tahini
Water and ice, as needed
1) Combine all ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth. Add water and ice, as needed, to reach preferred consistency.
Also, I am experimenting with raw stuff. I made the cashew cream myself by soaking 1 cup cashews overnight in 2 cups water, drained, and then blended the soaked cashews with 2 cups water. I put it in a container and it lasts a few days. This smoothie would totally work with store bought raw milk of choice.
