block of firm or extra-firm tofu
soy or rice milk or egg substitute to dip the tofu in
spices and seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, etc)
Put some seasonings in the soy milk or egg substitute.
Put the cornflakes into a food processor or a blender and blend it until it has a bit of a fine texture.
Cut the tofu into slices about 1/4 inch thick (doesn't have to be exact).
Dip the tofu slices into the seasoned soy milk or egg substitute, and then into the cornflakes until coated.
Then fry in the pan with olive oil until golden brown.
