2 - 4 avocados, ripe
nutritional yeast to taste
Bragg's Liquid Aminos to taste
tortilla chips (we use organic blues)
lemon juice (optional)
This is very easy, rich in "good" fats and B vitamins and loved by toddlers, with or without the chips. :)
Gut and squash the avocados, leaving a few chunks. Mash in nutritional yeast and Bragg's (if you are not going to eat it right away, add a little lemon juice to prevent discoloring).
Scoop a bunch onto a chip and enjoy!
