1 package Mori Nu silken tofu
1/2 can condensed tomato soup (check ingredients)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in blender or food processor and mix until blended. Heat in a saucepan and serve over your favorite pasta.
If you wish to make more, use 2 packages of tofu and 1 whole can of tomato soup.
