4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sambal olek (Asian spicy sauce)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1-2 cloves of garlic
This is a really simple, but delish summer recipe.
Wash and cut the tomatoes and the garlic in small dices, add all the other ingredients and let sit over night.
The sauce is developing itself, so you just add hot pasta (preferable spaghetti) the next day and enjoy!
