2 to 4 dozen mint (preferably spearmint) leaves (to taste)
6 to 10 dates
1/2 carton almond milk
1 handful raw cocoa nibs or beans (whichever you prefer)
1/2 cup almonds or walnuts
6 handfuls ice (optional)
First throw in the almond milk and cocoa nibs or beans. Blend until smooth as possible, then add the dates and almonds/walnuts.
After blending, add and blend mint into it. Finish by blending in ice, if desired. Then serve and enjoy :)!
