4 ribs of celery sliced in half crosswise
peanut or almond butter (varied)
I am sorry about the lack of amounts but I think it varies depending on what you like.
So you take the almond butter (my preference) and smear it inside the celery rib (cut them smaller depending on the little fingers holding them). Then dot the raisins on top sticking them into the nut butter. Serve!
Its the only way I will eat celery and now I've gotten my south African boyfriend and his very non vegetable eating nephews into it.
