2 medium whole tomatoes
1 bunch parsley
3-5 cloves garlic
3/4 of a cup tahini (you made need to add more or less)
1 tablespoon chopped onion (optional)
Chop tomatoes into smallish bite-size pieces. Chop parsley and garlic finely. Add all ingredients to bowl and let it sit for about 30 minutes more or less, or until tahini has thinned down.
Chill or serve.
All though it sounds simple the taste is not! Very good for a garlic lover or tahini lover and also good as a lettuce wrap.
