1/4 cabbage, finely chopped*
1-1/4 cup salted peanuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 handful dill, chopped (optional)
In a bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
* Chop the cabbage into tiny pieces with a knife (please note this HAS to be done with a knife and not a food processor and the cabbage has to be cut to as small pieces as possible.
