1/2 of a large cucumber (sliced thinly)
1 large tomato (diced)
as much dried or fresh dill as you like
2-3 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise of choice
1 cup cooked bow-tie pasta (cooled)
3 small dill pickles (finely diced)
a little bit of Tabasco
1 teaspoon garlic powder
apple cider vinegar
olive oil (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients except the cider vinegar and olive oil.
Then add as much oil and vinegar as needed to make the salad smooth.
