1/2 cup "ground" textured soy protein
2/3 cups soy yogurt (size of a yogurt cup)
1/2 cup fruit (any kind - apples are groovy)
2 packets sweetener
1 tablespoon flax seeds (preferably ground)
Hydrate your textured soy protein in same amount of boiling water. Drain excess water from hydrated textured soy protein and add to a bowl.
Mix in flax, fruit, sweetener and soy yogurt.
You're DONE!! Enjoy with a hot beverage, and bask in the fact that you've now consumed a huge chunk of your daily protein allotment!
I eat this at lunch a lot, as the protein boost is perfect mid-day.
