4 strawberries or 8 raspberries
1 medium ripe Ambrosia or cantaloupe, diced and divided
few pinches cinnamon
4 very ripe pears, cored and peeled
1'' stick ginger
1 cup vanilla nondairy milk or young coconut water
1. Put everything but 1/2 the melon and milk into a blender or food processor.
2. Blend while adding milk until you get a creamy texture.
3. Pour into a large bowl and add the melon chunks; chill for 1 hour prior to serving.
This is great paired with bread or crackers and lime as a garnish; very refreshing.
