Grandma's Chili

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans chili beans undrained
2 cans diced tomatoes undrained (or equivalent fresh)
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can mushrooms (fresh mushrooms are good too!
1-2 teaspoons chili powder
cayenne to taste
1 package Yves Veggie Ground (optional, or ground beef substitute)

Directions: 

Extremely easy! Dump everything in a pot and let simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Also, zucchini is really great in this, but I've never measured, I would say 1 or 2 small ones.
