1 package of extra-firm tofu
1/2 cup Old Bay Better Batter seasoned batter mix
Freeze the tofu for 15 minutes. Drain it. Slice the tofu into fillets.
Roll fillets around in the seasoned batter mix. Make sure each side is covered nicely.
Fry them in oil until each side is crisp. Put them on paper towels to drain for the oil.
Top with some veggie tartar sauce and enjoy.
