3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup old bay seasoning
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
3/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
4 large potatoes (not russets), cut into wedges
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine all ingredients except potatoes in a large bowl, add potatoes and toss until well coated.
2. Arrange in a single layer on a large cookie sheet. Pour any remaining oil mixture over potatoes.
3. Bake until potatoes are very crisp. Turn as needed. Some extra oil may be needed depending on the size of the potatoes.
