1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup vegan brown sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
In a double boiler, heat all ingredients except flour until smooth, stirring very frequently.
If making these RAW, your blender will do the trick to blend the mixture, but you can also use a double boiler -- just ensure the water stays at a soft simmer and use a thermometer to ensure it doesn't get too hot. (you'll need it to be a bit warmer than room temp to make the mixture stay together well)
Remove from heat. Add whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup at a time, stirring until smooth. Roll teaspoonfuls between your hands to form balls. Refrigerate.
