1/2 to 1 1/2 teaspoons Chicory, to taste
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup plain soy milk
Shaved chocolate or cinnamon [optional]
1) Place chicory into a mug ] along with the vanilla, set aside.
2) In small pot, heat soymilk on a medium-high heat. With a small whisk whip constantly until soymilk is well heated but not boiling.
3) With a large spoon to block the foam that you've created whisking, pour the hot soymilk into your mug. Stir, and spoon the froth on top. Top with shaved chocolate or cinnamon. ENJOY!
