1 15 oz. can of great northern beans/white beans
2 tablespoons (or more!) extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup - 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
splash of lemon juice
Drain beans. Throw everything in the food processor. Turn it on. It's that easy. All the amounts can be adjusted to your tastes. Warm it up and use it as a dip for bread (http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=5716.0 ) or veggies.
