1 1/2 cup of silken tofu
1 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 cups spinach (doesn't have to be chopped)
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
4 Tablespoons spicy salsa (I used Mrs. Renfro's Habanero Salsa)
Before you begin, just wash the vegetables and completely drain tofu of water so the wraps won't be super wet.
Mix tofu, soy sauce sesame oil, and green onions in a medium mixing boil. Add more or less of the liquid sauces according to your taste. You can even add salt and pepper if you want. Then put in the micro wave for about 1 minute and set aside.
Heat up the tortillas. After that spread 2 Tablespoons of salsa on each tortilla, or however much you like really. Then just put the spinach, alfalfa sprouts, and tofu mix on each tortillas according to how much you want on each. Finally, you can enjoy in less than 10 minutes! Woohoo.
