1 litre/34 oz water
1 tea bag OR equal loose tea
1 large peach
2 1/2 Tablespoon sugar or any sweetener
Boil water and make tea. (I prefer Earl Gray for this). Meanwhile cut peach in small pieces and slice the lemon (or juice it). Remove teabag or drain tea leaves and add peach, lemon and sugar or sweetener. Chill and serve.
