3 teaspoons of olive oil
the juice of 2 lemons
fresh mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 small head of broccoli separated and boiled (but crunchy)
1 red bell pepper
1 branch of celery
Dressing: Chop the mint leaves really small and mix with all the other ingredients.
Salad: Peel and slice the carrot. Cut the bell pepper, tomato, onion and celery in squares, all the same size. Mix all the vegetables (including the broccoli, which should be cool by now).
Pour the dressing and mix so all the ingredients soak with the mixture. Put it in the fridge for about 10 or 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
