1 banana (sliced and put in freezer overnight)
1 cup soy milk (any flavor, vanilla is best)
1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
2 squares of a vegan chocolate bar or 1 + 1/2 to 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
Put frozen bananas, soy milk, vanilla extract, vegan chocolate bar squares/chocolate chips, cinnamon, and cocoa(if using) into food processor. Blend until bananas are smooth and chocolate is chopped into small pieces.
Tip: You may adjust the chocolate bar squares/chocolate chips to the amount you prefer, as well with the cinnamon and vanilla extract. Also, you can add other fruit if you'd like more of a variety!
