3 cups cooked Food For Life Ezekiel Pasta
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes
organic lemon pepper to taste
organic veggie pepper to taste (optional)
salt to taste
I mention the brand of the pasta because it is ground sprouted grains, and the starch from the cooked pasta makes the sauce creamy. Strain pasta and rinse with could water briefly. Toss with olive oil and add yeast flakes. Add peppers and salt. That's it. It's super easy and tasty.
