1/4-1/2 block vegan cheddar or nacho cheese (I use Follow Your Heart Vegan Gourmet Cheddar)
1/4-1/2 cup of your favorite salsa
1/3-1/4 cup of vegan burger crumbles
vegan sour cream (I use Tofutti)
jalapeƱos
tortilla chips
Use 1/4 for self 1/2 for two. Heat oven to 350. Cut cheese in small cubes, melt in saucepan on stove. Once melted add the salsa, stir, then add the crumbles and stir. Put the tortillas in the oven just to warm them up be careful not to burn them. Arrange chips on plate and pour mixture over the top of them, top with the jalapeƱos and sour cream and enjoy immediately!!!
