1 15oz can kidney beans
squirt of tomato paste
salt and pepper
Sorry for the lack of measurements, I have always done this to taste.
Drain and rinse the kidney beans.
Blend the beans until smooth.
Add some some chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper and mix well.
That's it done!!
Great on toast, crackers, as a dip, in sandwiches.
This does make quite a lot - I normally divide it in 2 and keep one in the fridge to use and freeze the other portion until needed.
