1 whole wheat pita
strawberries (about 4, more if they small)
Cut open the pita and using a large spoon drop in the apple butter and pumpkin and spread around. The amounts will depend on the size of the pita. Slice up the strawberries and add them in too. Shake in a little cinnamon (optional) and you are good to go. I found this tasted better after sitting a day in the fridge (I guess the flavours blended).
