garlic (I used 3 cloves, but I LOVE garlic)
handful of nuts (I used pecans and almonds)
1) Slice the carrot and Zucchini into long 'spaghetti' strips. I used a v-slicer to get the thin strips and then a knife to slice them again so they weren't so wide.
2) Crush the nuts.
For the Pasta Sauce:
1) Chop onion and crush garlic (or not, if your blender is strong).
2) Blend onion and garlic in a food processor/blender.
3) Add tomatoes to blender and puree (doesn't have to be completely smooth).
Serve 'spaghetti' with sauce and nuts on top, enjoy!
