1 tablespoon finely minced carrot
1 tablespoon finely minced red bell pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoon starch
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
In a small saucepan mix all the veggies with water, let it boil. Add spices and vinegar.
Mix starch with a bit of water and add to the sauce. Keep stirring until it thickens. Let it cool a bit. Pour in a bottle or anything with a lid.
Keep sealed in fridge up to one week. Enjoy over greens.
