1/2 medium melon, peeled and cubed
1 iceberg lettuce head, plucked
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
3/4 cup black olives (or green or both)
2 tablespoons grape vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Dissolve sugar in vinegar and pour over melon, lettuce, onion and olives. Salt and pepper to taste.
