~2 cups marinara/spagetti sauce
~1 cup kidney/bean of choice, canned
few shakes of chili powder to taste
If using dried beans, soak for required times. Just combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and heat through for 10 minutes on medium/med-high heat. serve over a bed of your favorite rice or anything you'd use for chili!!
My ratio for the beans and sauce is 1 cup sauce to a handful or two of beans. Just make sure you have enough sauce to thoroughly cover beans.
