1 slice whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons marinara sauce
1 tablespoon pesto (I used Buddha-pesto)
enough "cheese" (of your choice) to cover bread
2 slices tomato, chopped
3-4 chopped olives
any other veggies of your choice (I've only tried with the two though)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cover the bread in a good layering of marinara sauce. Add the pesto.Cover in "cheese". Then add the veggies
I baked it for about 20 minutes and it came out perfect.
