red bell pepper
green bell pepper
pepper (course ground)
lettuce (I prefer romaine)
vegan cheese (Vegan Rella)
whole wheat pita
1. Slice up bell peppers and onions into long strips (so they resemble fajita meat). Add a little water to a frying pan and set it on the stove at med-high. Add salt substitution and pepper to taste. Add the bell peppers and onions in until they are good an grilled. I like my slightly browned, but its a personal preference.
2. Shred the lettuce and dice the tomato.
3. Smear the avocado inside the pita like butter. Add the vegetables (raw and cooked) into the pita pocket. Sprinkle some cheeze over the top!
